Getting Started
What is InZmin?
InZmin is an event management app that lets you create events ("Minutes"), invite guests with QR codes, share photos, manage wishlists, and check in attendees — all from your phone.
Is InZmin free?
Yes, InZmin is free to download and use. There are no hidden fees for creating events, inviting guests, or sharing photos.
Do my guests need to download the app?
Guests can view the invitation and RSVP via the web link without downloading the app. However, to upload photos, claim wishlist items, and get their QR code for check-in, they need the app.
Creating a Minute
How do I create an event?
Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen, then choose "Capture" to start with a photo, or swipe to the capture screen from the feed.
Can I edit my event after creating it?
Yes. Long-press the event card on your feed to open the edit screen. You can change the name, description, location, category, capacity, and cover photo.
How do I set a location for my event?
In the edit screen, tap the location field. This opens a map where you can search for a place, tap to drop a pin, or use your current location.
Inviting Guests
How do I invite someone?
Open your event, go to the Guests page, and add guests manually, import from contacts, or upload an Excel file. Each guest gets a unique 6-character code and QR code.
What does the invitation code look like?
It's a short 6-character code like "K8F3M2". Guests enter this code in the app to join your event.
Can I invite co-organizers?
Yes. Go to your event actions and select "Manage Co-Organizers". Generate an invite code and share it.
Joining a Minute
How do I join an event as a guest?
You can join by entering the 6-character code, pasting the invitation link, scanning the QR code, or tapping the link in your WhatsApp message.
How do I RSVP?
Open the event, swipe to the "My QR" page, and tap Going, Maybe, or No. You can change your RSVP at any time.
Photos & Albums
How do I upload photos?
As a guest, swipe to the "Upload" page in the event hub. As an organizer, use the capture screen and choose "Add to Minute".
Can I zoom into photos?
Yes. Double-tap any photo to open it full-screen. Pinch to zoom up to 5x.
Gifts & Wishlist
What is the Gifts feature?
Organizers can create a wishlist of items for their event. Guests browse and claim items they'll bring.
How do I claim a gift as a guest?
Open the event, swipe to Gifts, and tap "I got this" on any unclaimed item.
Check-in
How does check-in work?
Each guest has a unique QR code. The organizer scans it at the event for instant check-in.
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Account > Delete Account. You'll need to confirm twice.
What data does InZmin collect?
Only what's needed: name, email, event details, photos you upload, and device push token. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
