Terms of Service

Welcome to InZmin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the InZmin mobile application ("App") operated by PlayGround ("we", "us", "our"). By using InZmin, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using InZmin, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

You may register using email/password, Google, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

You may not create accounts for others without their consent, share your credentials, or use another person's account.

3. How InZmin Works

InZmin allows users to create and manage events ("Minutes"), invite guests via QR codes and short codes, share photos, manage wishlists, and check in attendees.

3.1 Organizers

  • Create and manage Minutes (events)
  • Invite guests via codes, QR, WhatsApp, or contact import
  • Upload photos and manage event albums
  • Create wishlists for guests to claim
  • Check in guests via QR scan or NFC
  • Collaborate with co-organizers
  • Manage task lists and schedules

3.2 Guests

  • Join Minutes using invitation codes
  • RSVP to events (Going, Maybe, No)
  • Upload photos to event albums
  • View and claim wishlist items
  • Receive their personal QR code for check-in
  • Comment on photos

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, comments, event details). By uploading content, you grant InZmin a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use InZmin for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Impersonate other users or entities
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use automated systems to access the App
  • Collect or harvest user information without consent
  • Send spam or unsolicited invitations to people who haven't consented

6. Invitations & Communications

When you send invitations via InZmin (WhatsApp, share links), you are responsible for having the recipient's consent to contact them. InZmin formats the message but does not send it directly — you initiate the sending through your device's WhatsApp or share functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

The InZmin app, its design, branding, and code are owned by PlayGround. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

The InZmin name, logo, and "by PlayGround" branding are trademarks of PlayGround.

8. Third-Party Services

InZmin integrates with third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudinary (image hosting), Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Expo (push notifications). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Availability & Updates

We strive to keep InZmin available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the App at any time. Critical updates may be required to continue using the App.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon deletion, your authentication data is removed. Event data you created may be retained to preserve the experience for other participants.

11. Limitation of Liability

InZmin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account.

We are not responsible for the content uploaded by users or interactions between organizers and guests.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
